AR1 for QuickBooks Online

AR1 chases your unpaid invoices for you. It connects to your QuickBooks Online company, shows you what is overdue, and emails the customers who owe you money — in your name, on a schedule, until they pay.

What it does

  1. Connects to one QuickBooks Online company and reads its invoices, customers, payments and credit memos.
  2. Shows you what is overdue, oldest first.
  3. Emails reminders to the customers who owe you, in your company’s name, on a fixed schedule.
  4. Surfaces the invoices nothing worked on, so you can decide what happens next.

The QuickBooks connection

AR1 asks for the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope. It reads invoices, customers, payments, credit memos, company information and preferences. It writes only what you ask it to: a customer or invoice you create here, and a payment record when a customer pays through AR1. One company per organisation; you can disconnect at any time from Settings, and AR1 revokes its own access when you do.

The emails

Reminders go to the billing address on the invoice, from your company’s name, with a reply-to that reaches you. Every one carries a one-click unsubscribe, and a customer who uses it is never emailed by AR1 again.

Your data

QuickBooks stays the system of record. AR1 keeps a mirror of overdue invoices only for as long as it is chasing them, and deletes everything when you close your organisation. Details are in the privacy policy.

Getting started

Sign in with your email address, connect your QuickBooks company from Settings, and the overdue queue fills itself.
